Since August 2007, I have been the UK Creative Director of Bravado, the merchandising Label of Universal Music Group. This has enabled me to develop my management skills, build an effective design team, and to raise the standard of creativity and workflow within the business.

Working alongside the A&R, Touring, Retail and Production teams, we have developed merchandise for artists such as The Rolling Stones, Elton John, Kanye West, Justin Bieber, Travis Scott, and Adele. In recent years we have collaborated with amongst others Colette, Goodhood, and Selfridges and produced Independent pop up shops for Kanye West, Justin Bieber and The Rolling Stones. Myself and my design team have been integral to the realisation of these projects.
